THE PROBLEM...
Propeller makers all over the world are creating their own designs for use with Powered Paragliders. These designs have been developed and tested to spin efficiently on a specific engine setup, at a determined RPM. But, what you may not know is, that not all props are created equal. Each manufacturer has its' own method for calculating the specifications of a PPG prop. Why risk your next prop purchase on a propeller that my not be suitable for your engine?

THE SOLUTION...
By using your "tried and true" propeller as a template, PPG Props can quickly produce a high quality copy of your original propeller. No matter what shape or size or even blade twist! Let's face it, having a spare propeller on hand can mean the difference between a good flying day and a bad one.

HOW IT WORKS...You can either allow PPG Props to select a blade style from our large database or you can Send us your 2 blade, wooden PPG prop (or the good half of a broken prop) and we will duplicate it using a custom propeller duplicating process. For a limited time, all premium stock, domestic hardwood propellers up to 48" are $189 (delivered US). Exotic hardwood laminations are available at an additional cost.
